It is poorly organized and tries to assume the role of teacher for the reader--notwithstanding that M&A is primarily an upper-level legal course. Past 1L year, hand-holding books like this are a waste of time. I would eliminate every question section and replace it with an outline summarizing the take away of the previous section.
