I would read the assigned cases and then read the chapter in this book pertaining to the class material. This book helped me very much. It was good for an overall grasp of certain topics. Also, it referenced some cases that we did not read in class, but were helpful to distinguish certain nuances|About the Author|Lee Harris is a professor at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
